Shit, I've seen that many guns in the checkout at the Piggly Wiggly

NEW JERSEY - A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after Transportation Security Administration officers found a loaded 9 mm handgun in his carry-on bag at Newark Liberty International Airport on Thanksgiving.

The man is the third person this month to be caught with a gun at Newark Airport and is the 14th person caught this year, tying the record for most guns caught at the airport in a single year with a full month remaining in 2022.

  1. Do they display them in the magazine rack, the soda-pop cooler or with the breath-mints. A Yankee wants to know.

    1. I think he means on the customers.

But over 14 customers standing in line? I'd shop elsewhere.

    2. There's 5 checkouts at my Piggly Wiggly and unlike Walmart, they're all usually open. I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two.

    1. Texas State Rep Chuy Hinojosa got busted twice for carrying a firearm through security at the local airport in McAllen...They let him go both times, without so much as an arrest or delay in his flying airplane adventure..white privilege my ass.

  5. It's Newark. Like Detroit, only in an even more leftist hellhole.

  6. Was stationed at Fort Monmouth twice in the mid 69s. Liked it so much I took a 3 day pass to go to DC and visit the Smithsonian right after stopping by the Pentagon and hand carrying my request for Vietnam. Best move I ever made!
