  4. #2 Sensei should be watching foot, not snatch.

  5. #2 Another student not Sensei. He was watching her balance plus she was supposed to target the pads.
He wisely walked away without saying a word or knocking her on her ass.

  7. #1 My Mom called the other day and asked how hard it would be to put a new light switch in the ceiling fan in her bedroom. I told her it wouldn't be that hard to do and asked what happened. It seems her cat saw the cord dangling and twirling when the fan was running and attacked it. The little sparkly ceramic house at the end of the chain was too tempting for a poor kitty. Mom's legally blind so my wife and I drove down the next day and I changed the switch. The chain is still there, but the little sparkly ceramic house isn't on the end any more.

  8. #3...GSP. I have one of those.
Made breakfast for my wife once...ham, eggs, pancakes...she was laggard in coming so I left it on the counter and went and did something else. Later she said "thanks for the pancakes and eggs"...I said "what about the ham?" She said "what ham?"

  9. A couple years ago, we prepped some stuff for Thanksgiving dinner then kicked back to watch some football before completing the process. Came back to find half the rolls, two sticks of butter and a chocolate pie missing...and a very guilty looking lab sitting in the corner.

  11. Several years back, we opted for a Digiorno frozen pizza for dinner. Complete disaster, as the pizza had 2 cardboard rounds underneath it. Not realizing this, I just removed the first one and put the pizza in the oven. No fire, but clearly the pizza was not done when it came out. Put it back for another 10 and then 20 minutes before figuring out the problem. What we had was a hot semi-baked pizza that nobody was going to eat. Left it on the counter to cool and went to watch TV. Came back an hour later and there was no trace of the pizza -- not even the cardboard. But we did have one very guilty-looking Golden Retriever!

  12. My dog Rose is a rescue, found living under a bridge in Cadillac, Michigan and nearly starved to death. So she eats any food within reach, and I can't blame her for it. I put a gate on the kitchen entry to keep her out of trouble.
