"Why don't you just fucking die?"

Canada’s Association of Medical Assistance in Dying Assessors and Providers (CAMAP) chose this perhaps awkward moment to roll out a webinar for healthcare professionals that advised them to offer assisted suicide to their suffering patients. 

As Canada’s National Post noted, doctors around the world are normally “explicitly prohibited or strongly discouraged” from bringing up the subject of euthanasia, even in jurisdictions where assisted suicide is legal.

    The Libs are all in for killing innocent sick people by lethal injection, but will whine, scream and demonstrate their asses off to stop a multiple murderer from being given a legally lethal injection. That don't say a lot for humans.

    Are they effing for real? Tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen! Tell them to get their asses down to the nearest Costco; the shelves are full of it. In any event, these drugs won’t do shit for the pain where it is arguable as to whether or not to allow euthanasia. In some types of cancer that metastasize to the spine, heavy duty pain killers, such as IV morphine sulfate at near lethal doses is required to control the pain. But in almost all cases it is controllable. But, the patient is drugged out on morphine and won’t live too much longer. Some ethicists say under such circumstances, it is ok to up the morphine level slightly to put the patient to sleep and induce respiratory failure.

    But, WTF is this shit with no Tylenol or Motrin? If I have a headache or a root canal, I put up with the pain for a few hours.

      Same here. I've had teeth pulled and refused the prescription for painkillers the dentist tried to give me.

      Don't you realize that they purposefully are setting the bar low? This so that they can make larger the population labeled as 'suffering' therefore elgible for doctor murder.

    Following the footsteps of the European model....where some places now have involuntary suicide, where the doctor decides your life is not worth living and gives you a death shot while telling you it will help you to feel better.

    My wife passed six weeks ago. For the last 6 months she begged me to "help" her. She was dying, she knew she was dying. I knew she was dying. But we prolonged her suffering for six months. Right? Wrong? I don't know. But I do know they would put you in jail for letting a dog suffer the way she did.

      4 years ago, at the age of 88 my dad came home, probably drunk. He'd been at his girlfriend's place. When in the bathroom slipped fractured his spine. The Canadian healthcare system paneled him and they all voted with a thumbs down. It was a death sentence although they call it palliative care. Without warning Dad they gave him his first shot of Dilaudid. He never regained consciousness after that although he did last for 7 days. One of my cousins asked the doctor why don't you just give him 7 days worth right now? The doctor responded with a stupid that would kill him. It was okay to let him slowly drift away and make us experience 7 Days of waiting for his death but it was not okay to give it to him all at once and put him out. My cousin again told the doctor we treat our animals better than you treat your patients the doctor wanted to have her ejected from the hospital we calmed things down and waited a few more days until Dad passed.

      Trudy Blackface has also made it legal in Canada for Medically Assisted Suicide for the poor and the mentally ill.

      He talks out of one side of his mouth and states he is helping Canadians, while at the same time promoting their GENOCIDE! And don't forget, the definition of Mental Illness in Canada includes all forms of PTSD, Depression and anything else within the scope of Psychiatry.

      If Americans think Pedo Joe doesn't care about you, that's nothing! Trudeau wants all of you dead to make room for the immigrants.
