"News2 has seen the picture, it's not appropriate for television"

MILLERSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Dustin Carr was only police chief in Millersville for a little over seven months, but early Monday morning he resigned abruptly under a cloud of controversy that now appears to include a graphic picture exposing himself while in uniform.

    Smart phones and Social Media assist assholes in their quest for universal fame and noteriety. I wonder if Chief asshole had used a Kodak Brownie with 126 B&W roll film back in 1960 and dropped off at a FotoMat would be in trouble?
