"Be a good dog and wait here, Buddy. I'll be back next week"
DES MOINES, Iowa — A New Jersey man is facing criminal charges after animal rescuers said he left his dog outside an airport after being told he could not take her on board a flight with him.
well, it is only fair that that asshole gets tired to a pole himself without food, water or shelter and left there for at least 3 days. I now understand why the shelters ask some many questions before you can take one home. I really do not understand how some "people' can do something like that.
I don't have enough info to form an opinion. WHY did the man need to fly somewhere? Family emergency? I was surprised, as he probably was, that he was not allowed to take the dog with him. Dogs are allowed everywhere now, no matter what condition of cleanliness/health the dog happens to be in. The man was right, in that the dog did not suffer, since he was found immediately and cared for by others. I like dogs, but I would not place them above my family or friends, but definitely above a lot of other people.
All he had to do was pick up the phone and ask if he'd be allowed to take his dog. If the answer was no, he could've boarded the dog out. Regardless, there's no way in hell I would've abandoned my dog for any reason whatsoever.
No kids, and I can double damn guarantee you my wife feels as strongly on the subject as I do. As I said, all the guy had to do was pick up a fucking phone. Next?
Strip him naked and stake the dude out face up spread eagle in the desert. Insert M26 Frags on the 2 hand bindings. Tie one end to the pin and the other one to the body of the grenade. Then pour a gallon of corn suger syrup (Maple syrup's too expensive) all over him and say: "Adios".
What about those companion critters every one is going on about? They take all kinds of critters on airplanes. There has to be more to the story. Course this idiot was from New Joisy so anything could have created his emergency.
I like the idea of tying him to a pole and leave him there for 3 days though.
Well fortunately, the airlines have finally wised up to this bullshit of bringing pets on the plane. IMO, only animal that should be permitted in the cabin is seeing eye dogs. That's it. There's no other "service animal" of any use in the cabin and they shouldn't be traveling in that manner. Emotional support animal? Fuck you and the snowflake you rode in on. If you need an animal to fly with you on an airplane, you need to be locked away in an asylum and not out in public. Do I have an opinion on this issue? Yup. There are places and animal should not be allowed to go. And the cabins of airplanes is one of them.
That's nice, rayvet. What about the people who have to travel or want to travel and have service animals for things like illnesses or aiding in moving? There are dogs that are trained to sense things like blood sugar issues or certain neurological issues or seizures. And some dogs have been trained to aid the user to move, and to help the user to fall safely.
Then there are emoseranimals for people with severe issues, like, you know, vets with PTSD, that the animal allows the sufferer to focus on the animal and not on all the shit inside their heads.
Yes, there is sadly lots of abuse by jackwagons. But there's also a valid need for service animals besides guide dogs.
So, according to you, all those people with valid issues besides being blind should just stay home and never travel?
Let's repeat this for the cheap seats. As a veterinarian, I'm going on record that the only service dogs that should be allowed in the cabins of planes are the ones trained by professionals (which is the blind ones). All others are subpar training. If you can't leave your dog behind, you need to find another means of transporting the pet. Service animals is a ridiculous term coined by snowflakes so they wouldn't have to "leave their pet in someone else's care". You don't agree, that's your prerogative. But thankfully, the airlines, and now the FAA are starting to recognize the HUGE mistake this had become over years.
Death.
ReplyDeleteI hope there is a special place in hell for him.

I assume your wife and kids know where they stand in that pecking order..."any reason whatsoever"

DeleteNext?
You ASSumed he'd abandon the wife and kids over the dog. nitwit
DeleteWell, he IS a pretty good dog, ya know.
Deletea slow one. like what he had planned for the dog. chain him to a pole and let him face the weather without food, water or shelter.

ReplyDeleteYou forgot a loop of baby sharks or easy street playing non stop.

DeleteBetter outcome for this dog than what happened to that Filthy Canadian's dog.
ReplyDeleteHow could a dog 'owner' be that cold... That's some sorry shit...
ReplyDeleteFuck that guy,tie him to a post till dead.
ReplyDeleteI also unless the dog needed emergency services(life or death) never have me pooch in a crate with baggage.
His next flight should be free, at least as long as he can hang onto the wing.
