It always surprises me how some people insist on learning the hard, hard way... particularly about wild animals. So many of them also identify as female.
She's lucky if all she got was a punch. Usually they'll take off if approached but sometimes they prefer to lean back on that big tail and boot you 5 mt into the future. Those big hind feet have a huge middle claw which can do some nasty damage.
