DETROIT (FOX 2) - A 30-year-old driver was arrested by police after calling 911 and claiming someone had fired shots at his vehicle while traveling on I-94.
Instead, the driver had run out of gas and was looking for help from police. He was also impaired and had a suspended license, leading to his arrest.
Shit, at least I actually did shoot my car. Wasn't even impaired, but somehow (I think) I got a fucking drawstring in the trigger guard when I was reholstering it (well, moving it from a pocket holster to IWB holster prior to clipping it inside my waistband) as it had become too fucking warm for a long jacket. The fucking bullet went through the gap in between the bottom of the adjustable steering column and the top of the knee airbag. After that, it went into the worst possible spot and totally fucked up the brake wiring harness and some switches. There was a copper jacket on the floorboard and some debris. Warranty and insurance would've laughed at me as hard as my wife and mechanic did. After over 40 years of doing my damndest not to be "that guy", I became "that guy". Fuck!
