In what way is having to ask government bureaucrats for permission to exercise an enumerated right that government is expressly forbidden to restrict "recognition of the Constitution"?

DeleteWhat's the point. They will put so many restrictions on where you can carry, you'll end up leaving it at home because of the hassle.
