HPD chief signs Oahu’s first license to carry a concealed firearm

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu’s police chief has signed the city’s first license to carry a concealed firearm on Oahu. 

The Honolulu Police Department announced the significant development Wednesday.

    What's the point. They will put so many restrictions on where you can carry, you'll end up leaving it at home because of the hassle.

      In what way is having to ask government bureaucrats for permission to exercise an enumerated right that government is expressly forbidden to restrict "recognition of the Constitution"?
