  1. If that guy gets an attorney, then his case may go somewhere. But its a sure loser if he doesn't get a lawyer. HE will be be dismissed on procedural grounds.

  2. M-16's are not "illegal to own", and AR-15's were never "Banned".

    Really poor reporting.

    1. Even more pory considering they got the name of the town all fuckered up. It's Wapiti, means "elk" in some native gibberish.

    3. Almost all news reporters today wouldn't have made it out of journalism school 30 years ago.
      And most people believe them.

  3. Our unalienable liberties do not come from government. Our system of government is designed to limit the representative style of government not We The People. Our agreement flatly states that our ability to defend ourselves against any force "Shall not be infringed". Why do we the people even need to ask? Especially when our constitution flatly states that any law repugnant to the constitution is unlawful. It is past time to return to our republic and allow it to find it place back in to its little box of abilities and deny it any further encroachment on our lives. The tyrants just desperately need everyone to be a safe and healthy slave.
