It helps when you know what you're looking for

HOUSTON - One Houston thief might be in for a surprise himself when he realized the value of the jewelry he stole from a local jewelry store.

  1. Most jewelry stores empty their cases at closing and put the merchandise in a secure safe and fill the display cases with costume jewelry and sometimes a GPS tag.

  5. I had some addict (it's the excuse he told the cops later) break into my place and steal my pyrite samples. Left the gold ore behind. These types aren't the brightest bulbs in the bunch.
