Parents outraged over Ocala school permission slip to learn Black National Anthem

OCALA, Fla. - Parents in Ocala are outraged over a permission slip sent home with kids attending College Park Elementary School.

Amanda, who asked not to share her last name, says she got the permission slip earlier this week.

"When I actually sat down to read it, I was very confused. I was like ‘What is this?’"

  3. The fact that this is pushed as the "black national anthem" is a big red flag. It shows that it is an exercise in anti white racism and division.
We have one, and only one, national anthem. It is neither black nor white and unites us all as one nation. The idea of a "black national anthem" separates and divides us in what used to be called balkanization.

  10. The money quote from the article:
"...and was told that the form did not matter and that students could participate with or without the form being signed."

Without the form, I'm sure there would be no coercion on the child that declines without the form. You know, of their own free will. (eyeroll)
And if the parent sends the form back with "Oh, HAIL no!" block checked, the child cannot be coerced into participating.

    1. The child cannot be coerced into participating now, but can be labeled for further "re-education."

  11. The little activist apparats pushing this stuff on behalf of the 13% are goading them into a race war they cannot win. It will probably start when every single one of them expects a million dollar reparations grant (tax free), and they don't get it.

  12. That’s funny, back in the 80s the KKK would stand on the side of the road and try to recruit people. And now it's going full circle.

  14. Some people might point out that the black nationalism colors (Green, Red, Black) are also the colors of a watermelon. However, that would be disrespectful and should not be condoned.
