California never fails to surprise

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California lawmakers this year will consider a measure that would allow people in prison to vote, an effort that has already sparked fierce debate between criminal justice reform and law enforcement groups.

  3. They're moving in the wrong direction. No one on the dole or living off the state should bea able to vote. In jail: no vote. On welfare: no vote. Democrat: no vote.
