Among the policies Biden called for included universal background checks, banning high capacity magazines, requiring “safe storage” of guns, and opening up firearms manufacturers to face civil liability for gun violence, a movement that would single handedly end the firearms industry. Biden has also constantly rallied for bringing back the 1994 assault weapons ban.
One radical proposed gun control policy of Biden’s that has received relatively little attention is his proposed ban of 9mm pistols, which would result in a ban on most handguns.
