  1. Is it an unreasonable expectation to want to shoot an elk at 600 yards?

    1. I live in Montana-quite a few guys I know make those shots.

Quite a few more claim their 200m shot was 500+. It’s funny.

  4. Shoot an Elk @ 600yds....hmmm. Well, unless you're using a slingshot, or are completely inept with firearms, there really shouldn't be a problem. Provided that you are capable of GETTING THAT CLOSE to said Elk. Then, there's the little problem of remaining calm, controlling your breathing, figuring distance, wind, sight picture, and trigger pressure. Then, the work begins...
Clint Walker AND an astronaut....yeah, baby...chick magnet to the 10th power..

    1. Fred, talk about unrealistic expectations...just in case you forgot, we live in an unfunny version of Matrix/Marxist/Clownworld, and sociology/psychopathic, narcissistic, pedophile, lying, thieving, murderers are in charge.
      I want the same,

  9. Life is about managing expectations: if they are calculated, and reasonable, it's generally not a problem. As we get older, we're supposed to learn from our mistakes and miscalculations. That, and trying to be well informed with regards to the subjects of our expectations, is what is supposed to teach us how to manage our future expectations.
