Minority groups take to Capitol Hill, protesting bills they believe target Black, Brown, LGBTQ+ people
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — On Tuesday, several different minority groups went straight to Capitol Hill in order to address a series of bills many believe target minorities.
“We’re here because we believe in democracy, whether you’re white, Black, or Brown Tennesseans, are all represented in this city,” said State Sen. Charlane Oliver (D-Nashville).
I do not 'believe' in Democracy. Democracy never worked and I believe there will never be a first time it worked. The USA was founded as a Constitutional Republic, with the emphasis on The Constitution. This is what needs restoring... not a Democracy.
People have it far too good if that’s what they need to protest for. Take away some of the basics of their privileged life and see what’s it’s like to live like 90% of the rest of the world.

Shut the hell up, Charlane.
ReplyDeleteI think it's from Thomas Sowell - something along the lines of: "When people have had special privileges too long, equality feels like discrimination"
