  1. Well, Baltimore, so... The entire city is in slow-motion collapse.

  2. The car didn't cause it any more than firearms are the cause of gun violence. The Boo driving the vehicle was responsible, yet 80% of the emotionally reacting population only see the inert object as the killer.

  3. "Charged with stolen auto...". Illiterate fucks...

Should be charged with destruction of property, evading/eluding police, reckless driving, vehicular homicide, manslaughter and another half-dozen crimes he has committed during this act. No worries though, he's probably already learned his lesson and will be out in a day or two, tops...

  4. Starker here, the building appears to be ca1890. It was built from bricks that aren't all very hard like more modern bricks. It would have used lime mortar. The bricks used in the walls are softer ones from the kilns. The outers may have deteriorated with improper care.
So yes a car at high speed can partially collapse a inexpensive 130yo three story building in Baltimore.

  5. And note at the end of the report: the police brass will "review the body worn cameras to see what the officers did to cause the suspect to flee".
No wonder that the ferals are chimping out in that city.

  6. Baltimore? The crash probably caused $100k in improvements to the building.
