Welcome to the grownup world, kid

A 12-year-old car theft suspect died of a gunshot wound after being confronted by the car's owner, according to the Denver Police Department.

Denver's Office of the Medical Examiner reported Tuesday that Elias Armstrong, 12, died of a gunshot wound Sunday.

  1. He was shot because he was in a gunfight with the owner. Then he drove away in the stolen car and died.

Now he can vote. I'm not sure if he can still be claimed as a dependent.

  2. On a positive note, Elias has been permanently rehabilitated from his (short) life of crime.

    1. Yes it's good to learn those hard lessons early so one cannot continue with a life of crime.

    1. Dollars to doughnuts he had 12 half brothers and sisters, and all on welfare.

  4. Hate to pop the reporter's politically correct balloon here, but when an Obama son is 'shot and killed during an attempted car theft' you do not have to sugar coat his crime with the word 'attempted' when the Obama son is found several blocks away from where the car was stolen.

  5. Imagine what could have been if when he ran away in 2021 he hadn't been found and returned to his family...
