If you point a gun at me, I'll assume your intent is to shoot (because there's never a reason to point a gun at anything if you don't) and if I'm in my car, aiming at you and flooring it seems like the most reasonable thing to do.
Oh.... An Uber driver. They act like traffic laws don't apply to them and stop dead in front of commercial vehicles with no warning to drop off a rider or WAIT in a driving lane to pick someone up.
I'd have run his ass over, then backed up to make sure. Pointing a gun at me has consequences.
