  2. I have to wonder if it might be tougher for prosecutors now that they have to fight against video of the Jan.6th non event showing some of the misdeeds of the capitol police walking around with the protestors, almost in a tour guide manner.
Legally, the prosecution must give any exculpatory evidence to the defense and they will have every right to ask for all 40,000 some hours of video tape, in order to search for proof that there is evidence that the government colluded against the protest. So go ahead and charge them, and let the chips fall. I myself think they are just blowing smoke.

    2. Legally, the Prosecutor is _supposed to / is required to_ give the defense any possibly exculpatory evidence they have, as a "Brady disclosure".
But remember that these Prosecutors are Democrats, and giving exculpatory evidence to conservatives would be supporting evil and fascism, so it's okay if they don't do it. SARC / SPIT !!!

    3. Every body involved in this circus are democrats. Based on some defenders, I think they are democrats too. So the DOJ, FBI, judges do whatever they want to put them behind bars. Rule of law does not exist. GOP is missing in action like the always are. gop may have house majority but it is still run by the democrats. The video still has not been release. Tucker does not count.

  3. Hey Kenny

If they had their druthers, they would send half the country to "Reeducation Camps" like what was discussed amongst all the lefties right after Trump lost the election,

  4. Fed prosecutors rarely lose a case. There are a variety of reasons. One being they have total control over what evidence is admissable. Another being they control the make up of the jury. Fed judges are complicit in this faux justice. The point of a federal prosecution is not justice. It's to serve as a demonstration of the unbridled power the Fed Gov wields.
