Bay Area LGBTQ+ community throws conniption fit over SJ Sharks' goalie refusing to wear Pride-themed jersey

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- The San Jose Sharks took to the ice Saturday night in jerseys clad in colors supporting the LGBTQ+ community but goaltender James Reimer refused to take part, citing his Christian beliefs.

  8. Would the Alphabet Army support diversity and tolerance by wearing shirts (for one day) proclaiming "God condemns homosexual practices" in honor of James Reimer's beliefs? Didn't think so. No one should be forced to proclaim support for something one does not, in fact, support. Don't like/agree with what the Bible says about homosexual practices? Abandon Judaism and Christianity. But don't expect everyone else to do the same, and don't make them pretend to do so to protect their livelihoods. F@ckin' rainbow fascists.
