  4. This stuff should be SOP, with one caveat.
Have camera's in there and vid the whole thing and upload them for mass viewing.

  5. It’s a shame the boys couldn't get along. I think the survivor should be sent to different prisons until he learns. He can always make new friends

  6. A real feel good story of the day candidate.
All Chomos should have to bunk with murders in prison.

  7. I always enjoy a story with a happy ending. Escobar should get extra rations and unlimited credit at the cigarette counter.

  8. I'm a semi-regular commenter here, but I'm going to post this anonymously because I don't want to say what I'm about to say and have it come back to haunt me. Anyway, I was involved in a self-defense incident in 2018, and due to police incompetence I was charged as the aggressor. I probably would have won at trial, if it even got past the Stand Your Ground hearing here in FL. But the State's attorney was charging me with something that was going to be 20 years with no parole if I lost. My attorney, who's also a friend, advised me to take a plea deal that involved community service, no jail time, probation, and a couple of other minor things in exchange for a No Contest plea and adjudication withheld. Once it's over with, I can get everything expunged and go on with my life, but for a while the possibility of an actual prison sentence was a real thing. I happened to think the other night that if I had gone to prison, finding a way to kill child molesters and other really sick bastards without getting caught would have been one way to fill my time. I mean, at my age 20 years would be a death sentence anyway, why not spend some time on community service? I see I'm not the only one who would think that way.

    2. And that is just what prosecutors do. They jam up innocent people because they know they can, and will force the plea bargain, knowing that the process is the punishment.

Most likely you'd have skated before the trial, or been found not guilty. But the year to two years of monthly court appearances so the prosecutor can postpone every month, meanwhile the same prosecutor leaks info on your case and you to the media and action groups and you lose your job.

Or, even worse, you fight it, go to court and the prosecutor tosses a handful of charges filed at the last minute against you.

Happened to me. A non-moving traffic violation involving a co-worker lasted a year of postponements while the prosecutor kept adding minor charges, and when I finally got my court case, got a hate-crime charge filed that morning. Beat it, beat all of it. Took the jury 20 minutes to figure out who the foreman was and 5 minutes to find me not guilty. But all that lost time. And the failure to appear because I called in saying my wife was sick and then the FTA was filed at 4:55pm on a Friday and I got hooked up on Sunday morning and then got the notice the following Tuesday that I had a FTA on my ass.

The process will kill you either way. One way is just more morally pure.

    3. I believe that their more cases like your's than we know. And while I would hate admitting to a crime that I didn't commit, reality often interferes with our rights. So I don't blame you for how you handled it.
And if you are innocent, I wish you the best.

    4. Beans, that's because for a prosecutor, a "W" is a "W", whether it's you or John Dillinger.

  9. I'm not one to condone murder, but I understand.

There's a solution to the whole "drag queen dildo monkey children's story time" issue somewhere here. Step one is to stop putting those people on pedestals and start prosecuting their crimes against little kids. Sadly, that's the tricky part.

  12. One way or another child molesters and child killers most always get their just deserts in prison, unless they are held in solitary for the rest of their lives. Even then there are ways to get to them. Ask Epstein. Once the cons in the office get to examine his records, the rest of the prisoners know within a short time who it is and what it did.

I've always favored flying lessons from the top tier, so they can re-examine their lives in the few seconds they have left on the way down.
