Modified truck suspension. You can see the disk brake rotor still in the wheel; the spindle came off the steering assembly. Who ever modified the truck could be looking at a substantial liability claim.

It's funny...every time I'm watching a movie or a TV show and a vehicle gets launched into the air I'm rolling my eyes and muttering about "fake bullshit" always happening in those situations. To see someone get launched like that in the real world is just insane.
