Odds are, by doing the same dumb shit you see there. A long time ago, there was a video of an inline skater attempting a jump, getting up to speed by being towed by a vehicle. Needless to say, it didn't end well. He landed wrong, broke an arm. Naturally, he tried again, still in the cast from the first one. Yeah, he ended up with both arms in a cast.
