MARCH 14--A 39-year-old Florida Woman is facing a felony battery charge for allegedly striking her 68-year-old boyfriend in the eye with a thrown avocado, according to court records.
If I were that dude I would lawyer up and press charges, then hit goodwill for a few pieces of $5 luggage and have all her shit packed up and on the curb in time for the early bird special at the local buffet.
