Yeah, that'll help

Californians will be able to vote on a new measure in 2024 that would raise the state’s minimum wage to $18, as inflation and cost of living increases have exacerbated the effects of income inequality in the state.

Hell, if that's the fix, why don't they make it 50 bucks an hour?

  1. What, we haven't driven all the small businesses out of state yet! Maybe this will work!

    2. Here is the point. Small businesses do not make large political contributions. Big businesses do pay off politicians. So drive the little guy out and let the big guy take over and the bribery and graft money will flow.

  6. I thought $15 was the living wage they wanted.

You're being too stingy, Ken. After the urban contingent get their million dollar "reparashuns" it'll need to be $50K/hr.

  8. The "Fight for fifteen" was what started the inflation shit-show rolling in the first place.

Remember when (Trump era) a McD's crispy chicken sandwich was $3.85? Now it's more than $8. And yet inflation is under 8%.
