ATF Agent Wants Criminal Records Of Drunken Conduct Sealed By Court

A special agent with the U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has decided to enter a plea deal in a Cochise County court to resolve an allegation he engaged in nonconsensual sexual contact with a bartender while off-duty at a Bisbee hotel in 2020.

But first, Joseph T. Davis wants most of the case documents sealed from the public, purportedly due to potential career and safety issues.

  12. The ATF has important work to do like jerking FFL licenses when they find a minor typo on Form 4473.

    1. ....and illegally recording pics of said 4473's on their phones, which they then forward or upload to the doubly illegal National Firearms Database.

They're using their .gov issued phones now because it's easier than carrying around a portable copier or manually transcribing 4473 data into their notebooks, bringing the copied pages and notebooks back to ATF headquarters, then having a data entry operator manually enter the illegally gathered 4473 data into the illegal ATF National Firearms Database.

All that data gathering and entering was very time intensive and distracting them from their REAL job of entrapping FFL's in some bogus rule violation or entrapping citizens into manufacturing sawed off shotguns or other prohibited weapons or explosives and investigating very large fires, killing innocent sons and wives of citizens for defying them and injecting tear gas into buildings with a tank, then igniting the tear gas killing all of the men, women and children inside and spinning it as a righteous take down of a person who had not committed a crime.

  13. Prison time as a sex offender cop. Oooh, that sounds good. Let's hope the plea deal doesn't keep him from serving some time.
