Commentary: America’s ‘French Revolution’ Has Three Potential Outcomes and Two Are Bad

We are in a Jacobin Revolution of the sort that in 1793-94 nearly destroyed France. And things are getting scary.

The Democratic Party vanished sometime in 2020.

It was absorbed by hard-left ideologues. They were bent on radically altering, or hijacking, existing institutions to force radical, equality-of-result agendas that otherwise do not earn majority support.

  1. As I have said since circa 2012, the revolution we're heading for will be more like the French Revolution of 1793 than anything else.
    Batten the hatches, maties.
It will be a two front war; afore you and behind you.

Now I see VDH is saying the same. I'm in good company.

  2. I think we all know where this is going to end up going, so what's it gonna take to get the party started?
I can't see a peaceful way out of this even if I was stoned off my ass.

  3. The change came in 2020? It's unprecedented. It's shiny! And new.

    That's. What's. "Scary"?
