  2. We did use German TP as light sandpaper, it was about 400 grit IIRC. Cheaper than real sandpaper and easier to get.

  4. Best toilet paper ad I ever saw came from one of the Scandinavian countries. A peach on a plate; a hand holding sandpaper appears and rubs the sandpaper against the peach (nasty result). Another peach, another hand with name-brand toilet paper, rubs it against the peach, peach is intact. Line: Which would you rather use on YOUR peach? [Name brand of paper.]

  5. Ja, das ist toilettenpapier. Extra-fine grit sandpaper on one side, slick on the other.
