Oh yeah, now the democrat Kentucky governor is going to go full retard on gun control over this, just watch

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said on Monday he has two 'close friends' among the five people who died in a shooting outside the Old National Bank in Louisville.

One bank employee told WHAS that they saw a man with a 'long assault rifle' fire multiple shots near the conference room.

  1. Not a whole lot Lil Andy can do. 2023 is a gubernatorial election year, The Republicans control 75% of the Senate seats and 80% of the General Assembly seats. The only "gun control" allowed by the KY Constitution is "the authority of the Legislature to regulate the carry of concealed weapons". Unless Lil Andy calls a special session, the Legislature is out of session until next year. The Sec of State and the Attorney General are both Republicans.

    2. I agree, but never under estimate the neurotic fueled Chutzpah dirty tricks of the Dems and timidity of the Republicans

    3. The Democratic (sic) governor of Nevada simply sent everyone responsible for running background checks in the state home during covid. Unless you already had a conceal carry, you couldn't purchase a firearm. There's always something a rabid anti-American can do to undermine the constitution.

    4. Anon, 7:18. The only background check is the one done by the Feds, no state agency is involved. No background check at all is needed for person to person sales. For all of our history as a state, no permit open carry was legal. We added concealed carry permits then did away with the need for a permit. Our weapons freedoms under the Kentucky Constitution covers all weapons, if you want to carry a switch blade or brass knuckles, that is your right.

    5. True. If it weren't for the Red Team supermajority, little Lord Farquaad would probably still have everyone wearing masks.

  2. Funny nothing of the dead suspect has been released. Must not have been a straight white guy. Nor the college shooting nearby and soon after either (unless since I last saw the news)

    1. They are going to keep details hushed in MSM but Breitbart is reporting,
Details of "25-Yr-Old Louisville, KY, Man Who Killed 4 People, Sent 8 People to Hospital Is Released…Alleged Pro-Gun-Control Father Locks Down Twitter Account". He also went by pronouns he/him

    3. If his friends had been armed they might still be around.

  3. What I'd like to know is if Kentucky is so conservative as people say it is how the hell did that commie prick Beshear get elected?

    1. Mostly due to Louisville and Lexington. If we could give Louisville to Indiana, Kentucky would be better off. Not sure what to do about Lexington. Maybe close UK and get rid of KET.

  4. The shooter had he/him pronouns. Another angry trans?
