      Houston got a whole new infusion of the criminal class in 2005 during Hurricane Katrina when a bunch of ghetto monsters fled New Orleans and moved here. And never fucking moved back. I live outside Houston and take to giving the stink-eye to anyone cruising the neighborhood I don't recognize.
