Man who rested feet on Pelosi office desk on Jan. 6 sentenced to over 4 years in prison
The man who was infamously photographed with his feet on a desk in then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office during the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol was sentenced Wednesday to four and a half years in prison.
This guy and the rest of the Jan 6ers entered a house they own. Some acted like spoiled kids but the majority were merely in a celebratory mood. His sentence is the Commies threat to conservative Americans that if you sneeze the wrong way we'll fuck you over so bad you'll wish you were dead and they've succeeded.
I'd say he has a solid case for violation of VIII Amendment. However, not without a change of venue.
I argue that D.C. being a federal district of legislation, not a state, is not fit or proper as a venue for any court higher than municipal, and certainly not to hear federal cases.
Hopefully, President Trump will be able to pardon him in January 2025!
ReplyDeleteyet Pelosi, who ripped up the State of the Union speech....crickets....
ReplyDeleteThat seems a bit harsh.

DeleteI'm assuming you're talking to the other guy?
DeleteBigo is the guy who got railroaded. It's the same anon gamma, doubling down. What a loser.
Delete-different anon than the loser above
Oh. Well, fuck him again then.
DeleteOne of these guys is gonna get out of the gulag with a hard on for the assholes who framed him.
ReplyDeleteShe's lucky. It isn't my feet I would have put up on her desk...
