Trailer trash

PURCELL, Okla. (KFOR) – Purcell Police Department says a domestic encounter led them to a bloody scene of a woman hit with a hammer and the alleged suspect calling for help.

Police officials in Purcell say on April 28th around 11:41 p.m. they were dispatched to a residence in the Mantooth Mobile Homes Park, 3000 South 9th Avenue. Authorities confirm when officers arrived they were informed a male subject had called 911 and stated he had attacked his wife and she was laying on the floor bleeding.

  1. Looks like another anger management candidate. Incidently, was it a slege, ball peen or claw?

  2. I’ll wait for more information. Too similar to one of my first EMS runs. The guy is in cuffs in the back of the squad car and the woman (fairly large) was in the trailer with us (EMS) bandaging her head. A bloody crescent wrench was on the table. She declined transport and as we were leaving, the deputies came in and cuffed her.

Come to find out, the guy (skinny) came home and the woman attacked him. Due to the disparate size, he grabbed the nearest object (said crescent wrench) to protect himself. It was the first case of male spousal abuse I’d seen but opened my eyes to several things - one being waiting for investigations to finish as first reports are rarely accurate.

  3. If you look the place up on the map it don't look like it has much going for it. So, I suppose that it is when a fella goes home and bangs the wife.
