SACRAMENTO — A midtown Sacramento couple said they fear for their safety even inside their home after a series of threats from a homeless man who has been sleeping outside their window.
Yeah they are homeowners in Cali, they have no rights...the bum has more rights then they do and in the screwed up court system they have, This is the results of years of permissive policies of the city councils and state and county governments.but hey"Love lives here".Or am I sounding cynical?
It just got worse. State Farm just pulled out and will no longer write insurance for new building construction in Cali; business OR residential. They say they'll honor existing policies, however.
Debra and Dave are both whinning fuckin cunts. I've no respect whatsoever for a man that will not protect home and hearth. The bum needs to die and I don't much care if ol Deb an big Dave meet their maker either. Dumb asses.

I just had my chest cracked and that will slow you down , but how hard would it be to call up 4 or 5 trusted friends to help take the trash out ? A good old fashioned ass whipping (repeat as needed ) ought to show Mr squatter the error of his ways and encourage him to relocate pronto.
It's not trespassing because he's sleeping on a sidewalk, which is public property.
I agree with the terroristic threat charge, though. I see that on my county's daily booking report all the time, and I believe that's a felony charge. If her word isn't good enough for the cops it should be pretty easy to get a recording of him saying something stupid.
