40 Million Americans Refuse To Comply with Biden’s ATF Pistol Brace Rule

I have seen various estimates of the percentage of pistol brace owners who have complied with the new BATFE rule that deems braced pistols to be subject to prohibition or registration as Short Barreled Rifles (SBR) under the National Firearms Act (NFA).

The most defensible estimates seem to be around 2.5% compliance. The most generous estimates come in near 8% compliance, while other estimates come in as low as .6% (yes, 6/10ths of one percent).

  1. There is very little way FAT group can enforce this. Stoner opened pandora's box with the AR back in the 60s. It has exploded with the ability of a person in building whatever they want to build on the same receiver. One moment a "legal" rifle. 30 seconds later an illegal SBR. yada yada. Good luck FAT group. NFA needs to go away. SBR ought to be legal over the counter. Suppressors legal over the counter. Shotgun under 18 inches legal over the counter. Remember .gov calls an SBR a Personal Defense Weapon for them. They call them weapons of war for us.

  2. All right, who are the 2.5% pussies that complied. Not even a new law, just an administrative decree. Some paper pushing pansy came up with.

    1. Two of them write for Gun Digest as I discovered today. And they pretend not to tell others what to do all the while writing that registration is best.

  6. I won't be surprised when the glohomos increase their threats of fines and prison plus mention rewards if you see something, say something.

Pre-dawn SWATs because a neighbor is suspected to have a brace. He must be an America hating commie. Get him!

  7. it's way more than 40 million. I bought a few, figuring they might be banned. but the ones i bought are labelled "airsoft parts". I've compared them to the originals and can't tell the difference. how many more "airsoft parts" are out there?

and I don't even own an AR pistol.
