‘Fleccas’ Warns Chick-Fil-A Over DEI: ‘We’re Ready to Cancel Every Company’.

Conservative podcaster Austin Fletcher (aka ‘Fleccas’) gave both barrels to the fried chicken purveyors known as Chick-Fil-A in this week’s episode of Fleccas Talks. Fletcher warns corporate America over “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI) targets, citing the news that the company established such an office in 2021, and has been expanding its remit since.

  1. Could it be they are going to introduce a new menu item in honor of the glibbityq folks, called ‘half-baked’?

  2. I hate even the idea of fucking canceling somebody. Boycotts are different, as you’re not trying destroy the thing/person you are canceling. Fuck canceling.

  3. What is that phrase all the kids are saying today?
Get woke, make a bajillion dollars?

  4. The problem is that Chick-Fil-A, like most chain resturaunts, is really a franchising, licensing, and real estate leasing company and the franchisees are the ones who get screwed over when the corporate office does something stupid. Boycotting your local Chick-Fil-A dings sales locally but does nothing to the licensing and real estate rental fees the franchisees have to pay corporate. The real reason not to eat there is that they CAN NOT get your order right no matter how many times you repeat it. And it's not like the menu is real complicated.

    1. A decade ago, the two of us stopped in Carl's Junior Burgers.
The nice kids messed up our one order six (6) times.
Each replacement was a duplicate of our entire order.
      .
Our two-person table ended up with:
      * twelve shakes,
      * twelve fries -- some curly, some hetrosexual, plus an order of onion rings, and
      * twelve versions of various burgers.
      .
They felt so bad, they refunded our ticket, plus gave us a us$3 off coupon for our next visit.
      .
A decade later, the coupon is still stapled to the wall over my desk.

  5. Conservatives have been the only die hard customers of this company through all of their run-ins with the gays and the "be open on Sunday" crowd. Losing them will HURT BIG TIME.

    1. This - my lefty daughter refuses to eat there because of Dan Cathy's public stances, and her friends are of the same mind. They'll be toast without a conservative base.

  6. Truitt Cathy was a fine Christian Man, since his passing the company has changed. I believe it’s his Son that taken the helm. This is a major disappointment even to myself. While we all fall short of Christ’s Glory, I guess it was just a matter of time for this to happen. Most fail to see that the total destruction of this Republic is at hand.

    1. His son Dan ran the company for twenty-odd years after Truett died, retired a few years ago, and his son is now CEO.

  7. If trannies and homos boycott something, it won't even register in the company's books. They are a loud, violent, pathetic minority.

  8. I am not happy about what the company has done, but I hate stupid Podcasters who presume to speak for everyone. Who does this Bozo think he is to make threats? I didn't ask him to be my leader...
