What new laws are going into effect in California in July?

It’s the middle of the year, but several new laws or their provisions are going to take effect in California at the start of July.

Most new state laws go into effect on January 1, but the Legislature sometimes designates some laws or certain provisions of these to go into effect in the middle of the year, or even immediately upon the signature of the governor.

    2. Debatable.
Ballot harvesting, unregistered voters, mail-in ballots, gerrymandered districts, compromised voting machines (81 million for pedo-in-chief), corrupt election officials, piles of ballots "found" at the last minute, recounts done in secret, poll watchers intimidated, complicit media, fake news, premature election certifications, derailed legal challenges kept those "stupid fuckers" in charge.

    3. Thank you, Mr. Grudge.
What the people who love to hate on California and Californians don't realize is that it's coming to their state at a high rate of speed. They just can't see it coming.

  6. There is one new law that I expected but is missing: "eating prop 66 stickers that Kalifornia requires to be put on everything is guaranteed to cause cancer".

    1. It is somewhat incredulous that the ubiquous warning that is 'everywhere' such that you are actutely familiar yet do not properly identify it.
Prop 60 is what you mean.

Anyhow, I see the idiotic warning is even on boxes of foreign made ammo.

  7. Missed one, the increasing of the fuel prices by 20 or more cents per gallon. Another win for the commie enviro groups.

  8. If a criminal record is sealed after completing a sentence, and the "former criminal" commits another crime, how will a judge and jury know the crime isn't repetitive which could result in a longer sentence for the second crime?

Additionally, how will gun manufacturers and distributors "closely monitor the sale of firearm-related products" years after a sale has occurred? How do you enforce such a law? What if the firearm is stolen from the original owner or later sold?
