Yeah, I'm not holding my breath here

Hunter Biden's plea agreement and pretrial diversion has been assigned to a federal judge who was appointed by President Donald Trump, but in the past has supported presidential candidates on both sides of the aisle.

U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika of the District of Delaware has been assigned to the case, according to a docket entry Wednesday, and will have the power to either approve or reject a plea agreement prosecutors brokered with Hunter Biden's legal team.

  3. It's not about the one who appointed the judge, it's all about who offered up the biggest bribe or threat to the judge.

  4. The part that passes me off is the tossing of the firearms charge - something the rest of us would get hard time for doing. They use the excuse " oh he was on drugs and was confused". Fuque em all sideways with a rusty chainsaw.
