OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. -- Two men were arrested after engaging in a sex act at a public boat ramp in Crestview in broad daylight.

  4. They used to confine themselves mostly to rest areas aka pickle parks but boat ramps seem to be the venue du jour now. I think the sheriff's dept here in my county has busted a few of them as well.

    5. Maybe I should've said Southern Legal-Speak. I see people charged for it all the time in the crime section of our weekly paper and TV news sites. Never heard the expression until I moved here.

  6. If they had just included a pride banner, called it a parade, and done it in front of kids, they would have been applauded for their display. So stunning, so brave.
