Every single bill needs to have, In the header, WHERE the constitution gives authority for the bill. Anyone who proposes a bill that is unconstitutional needs to be thrown out, not after a battle ,but immediately. They can appeal,, If I was president I'd have a team going through all the executive orders, looking for everything unconstitutional. And then everything else.
I had not heard this! Thanks for sharing! Goobernator, AG, Sec state are all D, legislature is very closely split. This might make enough of a difference...
