GOP targets 3 vulnerable Democrats in quest to win Senate, House control too early to predict

Republicans would need to win three of the 2024 toss-up Senate races to retake control of the chamber but appear to be facing a more uphill battle to keep control of the House.

Thirty-three of 100 Senate seats are up for grabs next year. Right now, Democrats have a 51-49 majority, which includes 48 party members and three independents who caucus with them.

  1. These dickheads could have a 90% majority in both houses and they would still find a way to screw up. I’m not wasting my time hoping we win both houses and the presidency; we had that in 2018 and got fucked anyway.

  2. The RNC and China mitch do not want to win the senate if the new senators do not kiss china mitch's feet. RNC and China mitch would rather lose. He wants to keep the power of being speaker, minority or not. They have to keep the uniparty intact.

  3. While I understand that 2 (or more) important things can happen at the same time, the truth is that the R's are more concerned with winning than actually changing anything. They got 49 votes - surely they can wield some power? They can't convince 1 or more D's to cross over on any given vote? Are they even working on it? Is there any strategy to get things done?

Answer - mostly likely no. Cause R's and D's belong to the same big party, and we ain't in it.

  4. If those 3 GOP candidates are MAGA types, I predict 2022 all over again: "You don't get shit in the way of support from the RNC. We'd rather see a Dem keep the seat rather than a MAGA Republican."

  5. Does anyone with a brain still think the elections are valid and voting harder for republicans will change anything? We just had tens of millions of excess/non registered voters who voted and no one cared
