Qualified Immunity as Gun Control

Notre Dame Law Review Reflection (forthcoming 2023) will (presumably) publish this pre-print by these two writers on Qualified Immunity as Gun Control. They think they’re on to something big, and hence the obvious snarkiness by the end of their summary.

  2. Is it just me or are the judiciary and some law schools being overrun by pull starts? A guy who I once new Jagnesh Virshutsnari (not his real name) was a very nice guy and having been raised and educated in the old country of "the great unwashed" he was a total and complete leftist asshole, politically.

  3. There's going to be another firearms and accessories coming to the SJC in the not to distant future out of Oregon. The Oregon legislature passed a law requiring a permit to purchase a firearm and limits on mag size. It was challenged in federal court and a federal judge ruled the new law Constitutional.

Let's see how the Ninth Circus rules on the appeal, after having been slapped upside the head several times by the SJC in the last ten years or so.
