#1. Pt in ER, chainsaw kickback, only he DIDN'T get his face out of the way in time. Sawed his whole lower face in half. It was precisely midline, so surprisingly little blood loss. He walked in under his own steam, and the problem came when he wandered in to the bathroom, saw himself in the mirror, passed out and managed to wedge himself under a sink. Bit of a job getting him out and onto a gurney.
#1 If you have no clue...stay away from chainsaws. I watched a guy cutting a log one day. He had it wide open and was pushing it back and forth like a cross cut saw. When he stopped I said, you really need to put that thing away. I went to work in the woods full time at sixteen. Chainsaws you do not even play with.

#4: This video should be able to serve as evidence to support a dangerous driving charge. Also, I hope that hurt as badly as it looked like it did.
