#1 Looks like my dumbass neighbor on memorial day, burned the wooden fence between our houses , 3 giant American sycamore trees & almost burned their house down. Just trying to cook a chicken. They had fake silk leaves all over the fence, that crap burned like gasoline.
#4 is why OSB sucks. unless you use double thickness compared to plywood. seen many many places i worked on 5/16 sheathing, 7/16 subfloor. the crap deteriorates or gets wet and it's over. now, about those OSB floor I joists ...
