Housing affordability in California drops to 16-year low
Housing affordability in California hit a 16-year low in the second quarter of 2023, according to new figures released by the California Association of Realtors.
The startling numbers come as interest rates continue to stagnate above 6% and home prices remain inflated due to a lack of inventory.
Kick out all the illegals and there is probably a surplus of residential housing, especially rentals.
Ban field use of Narcan and the drug problem will start resolving itself too. Either the demand will go down or the suppliers will stop putting lethal shit in the mix.
This may not totally solve the problem, but it can't hurt: Kick out the illegal aliens and turn the druggy bums into dog food.
