The Gadsden Flag Kid Just Secured Total Victory

On Monday, the story of a Colorado child being booted from school for having a Gadsden Flag patch on his backpack went viral. As RedState reported, school officials claimed the flag was prohibited because it had its "origins in slavery."

  1. The school will come against that child, and attempt to destroy him.

You can figure the rest out yourself, since what has to happen would be advocacy of a word that starts with vio.

  2. I like the phrase,"the problem with saying stupid things is that people will start to think you're stupid".

  3. I'm impressed, facts & history are often just ignored in these things where the Big Lie is allowed to be the facts.

    1. pissing off the CO was not as bad as pissing off TOP. that man would and often made you life a living hell if he wanted too. one thing I did manage to do was NOT piss off TOP enough to matter. might have gotten a few shitty details like shining a tank with Pledge though. BTW, it does take between 12-13 cans to shine the turret of a M-60 tank. West Berlin- late 1970's dave in pa.

    2. To Dave in PA...I was in Berlin in the late 70s, but infantry unit @ Mcnair Barracks. 69C but lucked up into special duty with the Berlin Brigade Drill Team. Lot of fun, great guys, some of whom I still correspond with to this day. And the bier...I grew to love the stoppered bottles you could leave on the nightstand at 1 am and they'd be just as good in the morning! Prost!

  5. Ya know what else has its origins in slavery? The 1619 project. Let's bury that dead skunk.

  6. This country has its "origins in slavery". Does that mean I stop paying taxes to my "masters"?

  7. The abject ignorance on display by the administration is staggering. Even after being informed that the gadsen flag is from the revolutionary war and not the civil war, she still defended the argument it was inciting racism because of slavery.
I could not have held my composure like they did at that meeting. Bravo.

  8. Many years ago, my stepson wrote an essay about Komodo Dragons. His teacher, an ignorant mouth breathing diversity hire, graded it F with a handwritten note that said: You know that there are no such things as dragons. Really. My wife went to the principal and raised hell. He ended up with an A after that.

  9. Either the teachers and administration are ignorant of history, they choose to distort and twist history to push their agenda, or maybe it is a little of both, either way they should GO as this is a "thumbnail" of what is WRONG with the public educational system . Chalk up a small victory for the "good guys"!
