When you can't bear the thought of her saying goodbye

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WZTV) — The Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) has released body camera video of a woman rescued who was found with a chain around her neck bolted to the floor of a home.

      I should add, SJ did it for her own good in the movie - she was a drug addict.

    Maybe they should attach him to the ceiling with a chain around his neck. Maybe with his feet a few inches off the floor

      Alternatively, how about anchoring him to some blocks with a short chain at the low water mark and waiting for the tide.
