I like how the report says the stand was on the (nonexistent) sidewalk, while the video shows the pavilion was set up in the guys yard.
It probably didn't help that Senior Parada ain't from around there.

These “fruit” stands and tamale carts are turning the US into Mexico, as if it wasn’t already. They are fucking everywhere including residential neighborhoods in front of peoples homes. I wouldn’t put up with it either.
