Hunter Biden indicted on three felony charges for lying about being on drugs when he bought a gun

Hunter Biden faces up to 25 years in prison after being indicted on three felony charges for lying about his crack cocaine addiction when buying a gun.

In a sensational development, the First Son will have to appear in court after a Delaware grand jury returned three charges against him, including two counts of false statements on his gun forms, and one of possessing a firearm while addicted to illicit drugs.

    Yeah, but at the same time they are dropping the Foreign Agent Registration Act charges...much more serious and those could lead to Joe.

    As it is, he'll get a fine and some probation for the gun.

    Don't worry about poor ol' Hunter, if they don't compromise the evidence somehow and dismiss it all, they'll bargain it down to jaywalking.

    They are missing one possession charge here. The picture from five days later shows him holding a semi auto. Clearly not the .38 revolver they are charging him with. And of course, they don't bother researching that a 4473 is federal and not the state of Delaware asking.

    Indicted. Big deal. If he actually sees any sort of punishment beyond probation, then I'll be surprised. But hopefully it gives ammunition about enforcing the rules on the books vs creating new ones.

    I'm actually curious how this one will play out, because his attorney has said that if he doesn't get a sweetheart deal, they're going to challenge the constitutionality of the law he's obviously broken. And there's been a couple of rulings lately that might be in his favor. Break out the popcorn.
