A Chicago woman is charged with breaking into six apartment and condo buildings, mainly on the North Side, to steal mail using forged U.S. Postal Service master keys.
Quite honestly, what is in the mail that's worth the trouble of stealing? I'm serious; I don't get it. At best you'll have to forge the names on a bunch of Social Security checks....
