    #19. Someone I know went on a ride along with the KCMO police.
    They had an interaction with a fellow who'd become disoriented while traveling around Juarez Mexico.
    The conversation went something like this. Cop, " you're under arrest, you have the right to remain silent."
    Lost guy, " no habla englies."
    Cop, drawing night stick, " you habla I'm about to shove this thing so far up your ass you'll be able to lick the tip?"
    Lost guy, " yes officer, I understand perfectly now "
